Working with me

In our two prenatal meetings we will connect, prepare and chat about your vision for your birth. During these visits we will explore different preferences, how you envision your enviroment, learn various comfort measures and talk through any fears or questions you may have. These visits are uniquely tailored to the type of support you need.

I will be available to you throughout your pregnancy for questions, encouragement, emotional check ins and professional resources.

During your labor and birth, I offer continous emotional, physical, and informational support. Holding space for not only you, but your partner too. Being an advocate for your birth wishes.

After your baby is born, I will be there to support you with breastfeeding—offering you guidance and hands on support. You will also have the opportunity to recieve additional breastfeeding support during our postpartum visit.

  • What does holistic birth support look like?

Holistic birth support honors body, mind, and spirit. It’s not just about showing up for the birth; it’s about walking with you through pregnancy, holding space, and helping you feel grounded, informed, and seen throughout. It includes hands-on support during labor: counterpressure, massage, hip squeezes, and comforting touch. Incorporating the use of breathwork, movement, positioning, aromatherapy, and other comfort measures. Support also includes helping you explore your birth preferences, creating a plan that reflects your values, and being your advocate- ensuring your voice is heard and respected.
